Aaaand success!!

While we were all worried about the prototypes not turning out well yesterday, we finally got success today! Our latest prototype that we made yesterday turned out to be perfect: No over scrubbing and no under scrubbing. Through this we confirmed that it is the insufficient gel that makes the colour peel off from the wood. 
Now we know the secret to making beautiful wood prints:

  1. Lots of gel medium across the wood especially at the ends
  2. Leave it to dry in the open
  3. Scrub very very carefully in one direction
  4. Use lots of water while scrubbing 
  5. Do not use dry hands to scrub as this causes the paint to peel off
